3. Manufacture & Delivery

Slide sections are laminated, finished and inspected against the agreed requirements. Delivery and installation arrangements are coordinated with the project team, including site access, lifting and support readiness.

Follow the operating and maintenance instructions for the installation. Routine checks should cover the riding surface, joints, supports and fixings. Use cleaning products approved for the surface finish; do not apply wax or treatments to riding surfaces unless the maintenance instructions specifically allow them.

There is no single weight capacity for all fiberglass slides. Rider weight limits, permitted rider numbers and dispatch intervals must follow the approved slide design and operating instructions. A section’s structural load capacity alone does not determine permitted rider numbers.
